the staff WERE friendly and helpful.
i was dissapointed THE room lacked basic amenities. There was no refrigerator, which i really missed for keeping drinks cold. only one towel per guest was provided, i expected at least a hand towel too. Finally, the lighting was poor, some bulbs seemed to BE missing.

The staff was helpful. They answered all my questions. The breakfast had a nice selection of pastries. The room included a television with many channels.
I did not find any coffee or tea in the room. The bar closed early. I wished it was open later. The pillows were too fluffy. I prefer flatter pillows.

the triple room was spacious enough for our needs. i found the staff to be helpful with directions. the daily room cleaning was consistent and thorough, a plus. the hotel's proximity to public transport simplified getting around.

the staff quickly checked me in when i arrived. i found the room to be clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast had many options to choose from, including fresh bread. the hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport.
